40 – Kettlebell Halos
30 – American Kettlebell Swings
20 – Kettlebell Goblet Squat

Complete each exercise with a weight selection that allows you to perform each rep with good form.

Finish quick? Reverse the ladder starting from 10 and work your way back up to 50 KB Snatch + OH Squat.
